Section 1
Your business
Used on your invoices, and shown to your customers on every
order notification we send on your behalf.
Day-to-day contact *
The person who will actually use this every day.
Not the owner, unless the owner works the floor.
Phone
Billing contact
Where invoices go. Skip if it is the same person.
Section 3
What you special-order
This sets the fields your staff fill in when they take an
order, so the form matches how you already talk about product.
What kind of shop are you? *
Running / footwear
Bike shop
Ski / snowboard
Outdoor / apparel
Something else
When your staff take an order, they will fill in
Anything else you always need to write down?
Optional. Add up to six of your own
fields - things your staff scribble on the box that are not in the list above.

Section 4
Your point of sale
If we can connect to your POS, special orders appear in Autofy
on their own and nobody has to type them twice.
Which system do you run? *
Shopify
Lightspeed X-Series (formerly Vend)
Lightspeed R-Series (Retail POS)
Something else, or no POS
No problem - orders get entered by hand. Your staff key
a special order in once when they take it, which is about what a paper
book costs you today. Everything after that - tracking it, spotting the
arrival, telling the customer - works exactly the same.
Do not put any password or API token in this form.
We will send you a separate secure link for that, and we never ask for
your POS login - only a token you create yourself and can revoke in one click.
Section 5
What your customers see
When an order arrives, we email the customer for you. This
section decides how that email reads.

Anything you say to customers today that has to be said the same way?
Wording you have settled on, words to avoid, a phrase your regulars expect.
Section 7
Who needs a login
Everyone gets their own. Each person sets their own password
from an invite email - you will never see or hold anyone's password, and
neither will we.
Admin login *
Full access, every location. Usually the owner or the person running the shop floor.
Also set up a shared staff login. One account the
floor signs into for day-to-day receiving. Individual accounts can be
added any time - just ask.
Staff login email
An address the shop can actually receive mail at - the invite goes there.
Book your training call
45 minutes, and we record it so it
doubles as training for your next hire. Pick a time that suits you - you
will get a calendar invite straight away.
We will email you to book this. Finish the rest of the
form and we will come back with a couple of times that work.
